An animal feeds business in Stafford approached as they were experiencing various problems with their 20 year old telephone system. We called out to troubleshoot the different issues which we determined were due to the elderly phone system, we therefore advised that the system was replaced. We were delighted to learn that the quote we submitted, after surveying the business’s offices, was accepted. A week later we installed a new Panasonic KX-NS700 telephone system.
We fitted one Panasonic KX-DT543 system phone in the manager’s office and a second one in the main office. We also provided four cordless phones in the main office and the warehouse counter, as many of the staff are regularly on the move.
