Our charges

Our charges are very competitive for the high level of experience and expertise we deliver, as well as the quality of service that we offer our customers, our rates are either on a par or cheaper than our competitors. Our services are approximately 50% less than those of BT/Openreach.

 

Please contact us to discuss your requirements and we will be pleased to advise you of our  charges dependent on the nature of the work you require carrying out.

 

Our charges include the first hour on site, a further charge for each additional hour or part hour is then made.

 

The cost of materials is in addition.

 

An additional travelling charge may be made for visits outside of a 12 mile radius from our location.

 

We will endeavour to offer an indication of the likely cost of a job. However, this may be subject to change if our engineer encounters any unforeseen problems.

 

Payment is acceptable by Cash, Debit Card, Credit Card or Bank Transfer. Cheques may be accepted at our discretion.

 

Our trade rates are available on request.
