We had an urgent call from a charity in Birmingham who had an old BT Versatility telephone system that had completely failed. After calling out on the same day and accessing the problem we advised the charity that given the age of their system and the fault that it had, that the best course of action would be for them to have a completely new system with new handsets.
In order that they could continue to make and receive phone calls we provided and set up temporary basic phones connected directly to their phone lines as an interim measure.
After having our quote for a Panasonic KX-NS700 replacement telephone system approved the system and handsets were installed we had everything back to normal two days later, but with the added benefits of a brand new system that had many more features to offer over the old one.
We supplied and fitted seven Panasonic KX-DT543 and five KX-DT521 handsets across the offices upstairs and the reception/centre downstairs. The system was set up so that calls were initially targeted to the appropriate extensions but could easily be transferred if required. The system was configured to provide the charity with all the functions and features that they required.
