After being pleased with us sorting out some telephone problems at this chaps house he asked us to quote for a new telephone system for some premises that he was having completely refurbished in the centre of Lichfield. His main stipulation was that he didn’t want any desktop handsets, only cordless DECT telephones.
Our solution was to install a Panasonic KX-NS0154 IP DECT Station in a corridor in the centre of the offices which provides service throughout the offices to three Panasonic KX-TCA185 cordless DECT phones.
We installed a Panasonic KX-NS700 telephone system in a discreet alcove in one of the offices along with a Netgear PoE network switch
Two further requirements were to have a door-phone adjacent to the front entrance to which callers could speak to the offices via the telephone system and to have a remote IP phone extension in their study at home.
