We replaced an elderly Samsung DCS Compact II telephone system with a new Panasonic KX-NS700 telephone system for a business in North Birmingham with six outside lines.
We replaced their existing eleven extensions phones and added three new extension phones to their system. These included two KX-DT543 and six KX-DT521 system phones, as well as four cordless DECT handsets. We also set-up a hot-line phone in the reception so that visitors can simply pick up the handset and immediately be put through to a member of staff.
We also supplied a KX-NT551 IP system telephone as a remote extension in the MD’s home for when he wishes to work from home retaining all the same features that he would have working from the office.
