Earlier in the year we added a TP-Link EAP225 wireless access point in the fast-track body repair shop for a car body repair company at their premises in Sutton Coldfield.
In October 2019 they decided to add a separate Portacabin office adjacent to the body workshop. In order to meet their data requirements in the new office we installed four network sockets along with another TP-Link EAP225 wireless access point fitted to the wall.
Rather than run yet another cable from the main data cabinet at the front of the building we decided to use one of the existing data cables and feed that in to a new network switch installed in a small data cabinet installed in the fast track workshop. Four new data cables were then fed across to the new office from the network switch.
