An Antiques Dealer in Birmingham had an aging Norstar BCM50 phone system which was originally installed by BT which was no longer supported. As they were experiencing various issues with their old system, as well as a desire to have a modern system and at the same time reduce their monthly phone bills, they called upon our services.

We supplied and installed a Panasonic KX-NS700 phone system with two KX-NT680 system phones and two KX-NT551 for the offices, along with a couple of cordless phones. At the same time we upgraded their broadband connection, ceased their analogue phone lines and replaced them with SIP/VoIP lines. In addition, we also configured the Panasonic MobilPhone app on two of their mobiles in order that they can make and receive phone calls whenever they are out of the office.
This resulted in much better productivity and flexibility, as well as substantially reducing their ongoing monthly phone and broadband charges.
