This family run brewery in Warwickshire was operating on a combination of just domestic cordless and desktop telephones. They approached us in order to install a telephone system which would fully meet the communication needs of their developing business.
A Panasonic KX-NS700 was duly installed along with four Panasonic KX-NT553 IP handsets and a KX-NT551 IP handset which was set up as a remote extension for a member of staff to work from home when necessary. A small Netgear PoE switch was utilised to power the IP phones.
To complete the set-up we installed a Panasonic KX-TDA0155 DECT cell station along with two Panasonic KX-TCA185 DECT handsets so they could take calls away from the offices in the brewing area.
